Nominate your coworkers for KHC Leadership in Quality Awards

Do you know someone who consistently demonstrates outstanding leadership when it comes to patient safety? Do you have a hospital team that has led the pack implementing new patient safety initiatives? Has your hospital made great strides in reducing readmissions by addressing care transitions? Do you have a team that has demonstrated success in reducing hospital acquired infections or conditions?

If you said “Yes!” to any of these questions, then get busy and nominate those individuals or teams for the Kansas Healthcare Collaborative Leadership in Quality Award. The nomination deadline is September 15; awards will be presented at the Summit on Quality, October 17 in Wichita. Find the nomination form here. -- Janie Rutherford
