The Kansas Healthcare Collaborative has been participating with approximately 40 leading health care organizations from across the nation in the Leadership Alliance. The Alliance seeks to create a roadmap with design principles that could help deliver on the Triple Aim (better care, better health, and lower per capita cost) and create meaningful partnerships with patients, the workforce and communities.
